"Brevity is the soul of the wit"

I had the urge to use every tool I understood but everyone who knows better than me will see through my bluff so instead  I focus on what I wanted to make instead. 

I wanted to make a flower seemingly sprout from the ground so I just focused on that idea. 

I ended up not using Remap on the final because It didn't contribute to the results.

I added an experimental "Remap" animation below.

I honestly don't know how to animate with texture and how to use the color gradient. Confused about most things as well but that's okay. I will learn as I get used to it.
